Augie does so much more than walk the halls and help keep our campus safe. He takes the time to **connect with our students, engage with them throughout the school day, and even pop into classrooms and join in on the fun!** 😊📚
Whether he’s checking in around campus, talking with students, helping staff, or simply being a familiar and friendly face in the hallway, Augie is always there to lend a hand. 🥰

🌪️ **SCIENCE IN ACTION IN MRS. MERCADO’S CLASSROOM!** 🌪️
Last week, our 5th graders had the opportunity to create their very own **tornado in a bottle!** 🌀
After a quick demonstration from Mrs. Mercado, students got to try it themselves and see if they could create their own swirling vortex. They were having so much fun experimenting, trying again, and figuring out what made their “tornado” form!
This was a quick and playful way to explore **vortex motion and kinetic energy** while giving students the chance to learn through hands-on experimentation. 🔬💨
